Where we are Helping Educate, Advocate, and Lead Toward Health (H.E.A.L.T.H) 

In 1999 citizens of Drew County met with members of the Arkansas Department of Health to discuss how the community could work together to affect change in the health of its citizens.  From those discussions, the Drew County Hometown Health Improvement (Drew HHI) Coalition was officially established in 2000.  Originally a joint partnership between the Arkansas Department of Health and the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM), Drew HHI has grown to an organization comprised of community members working together to improve the health of Drew County residents.

It is the mission of Drew HHI to improve the overall health of county residents.  We utilize our diverse membership and unique partnerships to meet this goal.  Since its formation the Drew County Hometown Health Improvement coalition (Drew HHI) has been an active force in community health planning and development.  Utilizing a supportive partnership with the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Drew Memorial Hospital and the Regional Hometown Health Improvement Network, Drew HHI has implemented numerous health related projects.

In 2008, Drew HHI changed its' name to Drew Health, Inc.
